When can I pick-up my items?

Items can be picked up once you receive an email stating “Your items are ready for pick-up!” You will also receive a text for SheIsLashed, LLC hours of operation that week and the address.
How long does shipping usually take?
Answer :
Processing time takes 24 hrs. Items can be expected within 3-5 business days. Please understand that COVID-19 can affect your shipping time due to shortages in the post office.
Can I return or exchange my products/items?
Answer :
All items are final. Due to COVID-19 and the safety of others, SheIsLashed, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my product has a defect?
Answer :
If your item has a defect you must email a clear picture to sheislashedcustomerservice@gmail.com within 24 hours from when the item states “Delivered.”
How do I track my order?
