Refund policy

All sales are final. All trainings are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be done within 10 business days  of the scheduled class date.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at info@sheislashed.com. You have 5 days after your items have stated "Delivered" to contact us with any issues. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items due to sanitary reasons. Please note that SheIsLashed LLC is not responsible for incorrect address inputs. If the item doesn't return to us due to USPS/UPS being irresponsible, a refund will not be permitted. You must contact USPS/UPS in the case that they've misplaced the package upon the return process.
